Owner & Chief Experience Officer
Brian Rodda, owner and Chief Experience Officer of LA Food Tours, is the consummate entertainer, actor, and host. A native of the suburbs of Sacramento, his vast background in entertainment, marketing, and PR includes executive producing and hosting his own web series, reporting live from Hollywood red carpets, performing in two national tours with The Kennedy Center, and owning his own marketing consultancy.
Finding a new joy as a tour guide during the pandemic in Carmel, CA, Brian ultimately combined the storytelling skills of an actor, the food sensibilities of an Italian, and the experience of a professional tour guide to create LA Food Tours in 2023. His unique, highly curated concept gives guests access to the inside track of Los Angeles' most vibrant neighborhoods by delighting the senses with savory bites, unknown facts, and local insider knowledge.

Nicholas is a passionate traveler, food enthusiast, and travel planner who loves discovering local flavors, hidden gems, and the cultural stories behind every destination. With a talent for crafting memorable travel experiences and exploring Los Angeles' diverse food scene, he enjoys sharing his knowledge, uncovering unique spots, and helping visitors experience the city like a local.
Tour Guide
An actor, director, and theatre educator from Washington, Caitlyn moved to Los Angeles to pursue her craft. When not leading food tours, you will find her putting on murder mystery shows with The American Immersion Theatre Company, teaching performance classes at the Young Actors Theatre Camp, acting in various films, or spending time with her best friend and pet turtle Hercules.
